"DIRECTOR'S COMMUNIQUE"

"The best brains of the Nation may be found on the last benches of classroom"

(Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam)

We live today in a world, where in the system of education solely focuses on the academic excellence. The world today is changing at such an accelerated race and we as educators, need to pause and reflect on this entire system of education.

As Dr. Kalam mentioned above, the best may not be the "excellent”. The focus of the education system has to be modified from producing more intellectuals who can score 90% in exams or can rank first in class, to individuals who can sacrifice for others, who can forgive and forget, who can respect and give respect and ultimately who are enlightened.

This paradigm shift has to begin from home to school, from parents to teacher, then to the child.

The true education must be engineered ensuring physical, intellectual. Moral, emotional. Vocational and spiritual development of the individual in an integrated manner.

'TO MOTIVATE THE WEAK, TO ADDRESS THE AVERAGE AND CHALLENGE THE GIFTED' is the teaching vision of our school.

Our ancient scriptures have emphasized that the goal of education is liberation and that education is the journey towards the eternal enlightenment. Therefore, let's all strive together towards that kind of education, which will cultivate not wealth of muscles, or fullness of knowledge, nor refinement of feeling. But strength of character".

God bless you all.

With sincere and warm regards,
